This site is dedicated to the memory of Ralph Rawlings.
This page is a tribute to a wonderful man who never had the opportunity to learn to swim, resulting in a lifelong fear of being in or on the sea - which only heightened his respect and deep admiration for the volunteers of the RNLI.
